Chapter Donations

We are always happy to receive donations! They help keep our chapter going and make our game even better. All monetary donations are rewarded at the Refuge LARP standard of 5 Chapter Points per $1 donated. When there are is a donation drive, the rewards are even better!

We also are looking for some specific donations (see list below). If you are able to provide these, please contact our General Manager to discuss details and Chapter Point compensation!

- Skeleton/undead tabards - Plain black tabards and shirts
- Galbris/Leyvan tabards
- Weapon repair materials
- Tentacle masks/hats
- Inflatable "rock" beach balls
- Second Refuge banner
- Unobtrusive battery-powered lighting

Donation Drive

In accordance with Refuge LARP bylaws, we will be running our ninety-day 2024 Donation Drive from March 10, 2024 to June 9, 2024. During this time, you will receive 10 Chapter Points per $1 donated. We greatly appreciate any amount you are able to donate to help our game! For players able to attend Calgary events in person, we offer additional rewards options at different donation tiers. Any additional rewards obtained are exempt from the LCS Ritual Limit! Please refer to this document to see the additional rewards we are offering!

Please submit your donation to CerberusEntertainmentInc@gmail.com. Please make sure that you provide information about your Refuge Database account so we can easily reward you your Chapter Points. If you qualify for additional rewards, please specify this so we can get them ready for you! Please place this information in the "Add a Message" section (example below)! This account is set up for Autodeposit so you won't need a security question or answer.
